Various Clinics are held throughout each month.  These are intensive, skill-focused classes.  These classes are the perfect opportunity to focus on gaining or perfecting a specific skill.  Clinic subjects and dates are published on our monthly newsletter, as well as on Facebook and HERE on our website!  All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.

November Clinics​​​

Friday, November 7th, is Beam Flips and Dismounts

Friday, November 14th, is Floor Tumbling

Friday, November  21st, is no clinic but Open Gym

 

There will be no classes, practices, open gym or Clinics on Friday November 28th, Makeup will be offered for Thursday November 27th and Friday November 28th, at gymnast convenience to be completed prior to December 31st, 2025.

 Clinic Cost:  Members– $20   Non-members– $25 Please have exact change.
