Toddler American Sprouts/Toddler Blues

Ages 18 MO.-4 years or based on ability

Play with a purpose!  This program is designed to introduce young children to the sport of gymnastics with the assistance of an adult, if needed, as well as individual.  Your child will develop overall body coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, and poise with games, obstacle courses, bars, beam, and trampoline.  In addition, gross and fine motor skills will be enhanced with activities such as running, jumping and rolling.  Enjoy this time with your child while helping them meet new challenges, practice skills and experience success.  Parents can enjoy the opportunity of meeting other parents with whom they share common experiences and concerns.

 

Class Duration:  45 minutes.

Monday 4:45pm-5:30pm

Wednesday  5:30pm-6:15pm

Toddler Red and Whites

Ages 3-5 or based on ability

This program is designed to follow the American Sprouts/Toddler Blues.  This class is done without parents or guardians.  Children improve on confidence, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and poise.  They will continue learning the sport of gymnastics by exploring movement through obstacle courses, trampoline, parachute games, pit fun and multi-station lesson plans.  Children participate in all the Olympic Events.  All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.

Class Duration:  45 minutes

Monday 5:30pm-6:15pm

Thursday 4:30pm-5:15pm

CheerFlip/Tumbling 2

Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:45pm

 

School aged or based on ability

This program is designed for our more advanced tumblers.  Continued emphasis on balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, form, and execution.  This is the class for those not wishing to participate in all Olympic events.  Only Tumbling will be taught.  This can also be a great addition to any cheer classes.  All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.

Class Duration:  1.25 Hours

Beginner Tumbling

Wednesdays 7:15p- 8:15p

This program is designed for our more beginner tumblers.  Continued emphasis on balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, form, and execution.  This is the class for those not wishing to participate in all Olympic events.  Only Tumbling will be taught.  This can also be a great addition to any cheer classes.  All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.

Class Duration:  1.25 Hours

Adult Gymnastics

Tuesdays 7:30pm-9:00pm

NEW TIME & DAY .

$15.00 for 1 class or $40.00 for 4 if paid in advance

All Ages

This program is designed for adults of all ages wishing to try or continue gymnastics training.  those hoping to attain or improve flexibility, balance, coordination, strength or skill will enjoy this class.  Learn or perfect your tumbling, beam, bars and even vault on our state of the art equipment while having fun.  Class is taught by our well-trained staff.  All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.

Class Duration:  1/12 Hours

School age and up based on ability

Children will develop strength, confidence, conditioning and flexibility as well as learn new skills in tumbling and on all gym apparatus.  Athletes will also gain confidence as they learn and perfect new skills.  Children will participate on all Olympic events (Bars, Beam, Vault and Floor).  All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.

Intermediate Blue Stars

Tuesday 6:45pm-7:45pm

This is our next level up from the Beginner Red Stars.  Children will continue to improve on the basic skills, balance, strength, coordination and flexibility.  New skills will be taught on all apparatus as well as in tumbling.  Fundamentals will be perfected.  Conditioning and confidence will be improved as well.  Children will participate on all Olympic events (Bars, Beam, Vault and Floor). All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.

Class Duration:  1 Hour

REC Team

Tuesday 4:30pm-6:30pm

Thursday 6:30pm-8:30pm

 

 

This is a class for those who love the sport but do not want to compete or would like to in the future.  Continued emphasis on balance, coordination, poise, strength and flexibility as well as form and execution.  Team style training with increased class time.  Continued conditioning and confidence building.  Athletes will participate in all Olympic events (Bars, Beam, Vault and Floor).  All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.

Class Duration:  2 Hour

Boy's Gymnastics

Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm

 

 

This Class focuses on muscle building, strength, coordination, confidence, balance, agility, obstacles, excitement, and friendship.

It's a great conditioning supplement to any sport or to build and develop skills in these areas specifically.

 

Let's learn how to move our bodies, grow strong cores, fast feet, and strong legs to stand proud on.

Class Duration:  1 Hour
