This class if for children who want to get into optimal shape in a short time. They learn safety lands, safety rolls and basic acrobatic skills. As they advance they refine while focusing on more advanced acrobaics, bigger jumps and skills on bars, vaulting, trampoline, ropes and rings. This program utilizes soft matting and a certified instructor to ensure proper safety. The twist on the program is that we also focus on muscle building and endurances by different obstacles and fun challenges similar to American Ninja.
Ages 4 & Up based on ability
This program is designed to help teach cheer style tumbling. A great addition to any cheer program. Emphasis on balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, form and execution. Only Tumbling will be taught in this class. All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.
