This Class focuses on Muscle building, strength, coordination, confidence, balance, agility, obstacles, excitement and friendship.

It's a great conditioning supplement to any sport or to build and develop skills in these areas specifically.

 

Let's learn how to move our bodies, grow strong cores, fast feet, and strong legs to stand proud on!! 

Class duration:  1 hour

Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm
