Monday 5:30pm-6:30pm

Ages 5 & up based on ability

This class has been combined with our Majors

This Class focuses on Muscle building, strength, coordination, confidence, balance, agility, obstacles, excitement and friendship.

It's a great conditioning supplement to any sport or to build and develop skills in these areas specifically.

 

Let's learn how to move our bodies, grow strong cores, fast feet, and strong legs to stand proud on!!

This class has been combined with our 101-T's

This class if for children that have the understanding and passion to work on their strength, power, agility, and learn some flips and twists along the way through new challenges and accountability.

​

This class can be done seasonally or though Drop-ins. Let's learn how to move our bodies, grow strong cores, fast feet , and strong legs to stand proud on!!

This class is offered once or twice weekly. serious athletes may take both if desired.
