This Class focuses on muscle building, strength, coordination, confidence, balance, agility, obstacles, excitement, and friendship. It's a great conditioning supplement to any sport or to build and develop skills in these areas specifically. Let's learn how to move our bodies, grow strong cores, fast feet, and strong legs to stand proud on.

Play with a purpose! This program is designed to introduce young children to the sport of gymnastics with the assistance of an adult, if needed, as well as individual. Two classes per week per month is $100 or once weekly per month.
