Service Description

School age and up based on ability Children will develop strength, confidence, conditioning, and flexibility as well as learn new skills in tumbling and on all gym apparatus. Athletes will also gain confidence as they learn and perfect new skills. Children will participate on all Olympic events (Bars, Beam, Vault, and Floor). All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.
