These times are excellent opportunities for an athlete to get in extra gym time. Supervised, athletes are encouraged to explore the various equipment or practice in created stations, per athlete's choice, to perfect or achieve skills. This is a fun, less structured way to practice. It can also be used as an opportunity to bring a friend and just have a great time!

All Ages

Various Clinics are held throughout each month . These are intensive, skill focused classes. These classes are the perfect opportunity to focus on gaining or perfecting a specific skill. Clinic subjects and dates are published on our monthly newsletter as well as on Facebook and HERE on our website! All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.

PRESCHOOL OPEN GYM
This is a great opportunity for toddler/preschool aged children to explore the gym as well as different aspects of gymnastics on a less guided basis. Coach is present and parent participation is permitted at parent discretion. These open gym times follow our preschool classes.
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays during the school year 11:30am-12:30pm.
Follows the Freeport School District Calendar, if they are closed or delayed there is no Toddler Free Play that day.
