This is a drop in program designed for those (beginner through advanced) hoping to gain flexibility and strength while decreasing stress through various Yoga poses/practices and breathing techniques. Class is taught in a darkened and quiet atmosphere for maximum relaxation. all instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.

This program is designed for adults of all ages wishing to try or continue gymnastics training. those hoping to attain or improve flexibility, balance, coordination, strength or skill will enjoy this class. Learn or perfect your tumbling, beam, bars and even vault on our state of the art equipment while having fun. Class is taught by our well trained staff. All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.

This is a fun creative program designed for those who want to do something different! Balance, coordination, strength and flexibility will be acquired in this class. Elements of tumbling, aerial silks and contortion will all be sampled and taught in this class. All instructors follow a logical progression of basic skills.
